I had a confirmed catering order. When I arrived the next day to pick it up, I was told they couldn't find the original order. I was then told they found the order but the evening shift did nothing with it. I had to keep trying to engage anyone to help me. The place was very busy and I was clearly nobody's concern. I was eventually told they didn't have what was needed to fulfill the order. Nothing was done to try to assist me and there was no manager available to speak with. I had to leave to find food somewhere else. I will never use them again.

I was SO excited to come here since I haven’t been in several years after moving away. However it turned out to be a bit of a disappointing experience. The place looked the same and a bit outdated to be honest. Seemed like there were no updates in many years and the bathroom could’ve really used some TLC. The girl at the counter was friendly and helpful during my experience at least. I was happy to see they still had the Japanese pan udon noodles because that’s what I always got. I asked her to hold the carrots and add bean sprouts. She told me they didn’t carry it anymore. I was devastated because that’s one of my fave components on that dish. So I asked her to add chicken and just hold off on the carrots for now. She recommended the Korean noodle dish that had a small kick to it. When we got our food, I noticed I didn’t get any chicken, the noodles were very dry with very little sauce coating them and there were carrots and no mushrooms. I brought this back to the counter to show her what was missing and if they could just add the chicken and mushrooms and I’ll get over the carrots. She took it from me and had him “fix it.” The chicken was fine but the mushrooms were still quite

My meal was fine and the cashier was friendly, however the broccoli was terrible. It had black bits at the bottom like it wasn’t cleaned properly and left a bad aftertaste. On top of that, every other employee were sitting around doing nothing and seemed uninterested. Dinner time 5:25 and couldn’t care less if people were waiting

Excellent food, prepared fresh and to order. Wonderful customer service by Kaylee and the entire team. Our family enjoyed garlic cheesy bread, Japanese Pan Noodles with marinated steak, Spicy Korean steak noodles with marinated steak and creamy cheddar Mac. Everything was awesome and our family of 4 finished up at under $60 - even with 3 having added steak and 2 grabbing fountain drinks!

This review is based on a dinner, dine in experience. While in Grand Rapids me and my family visited Target for a few items we left at home. While there we chose to eat somewhere close by. We pulled into the parking lot and found there to be plenty of parking available. There were some outdoor dining spots, and who doesn't love noodles?! Upon entering there were a few people in line, however it seemed fast to order. When it was our turn to place our order we started and an employee walked over and interrupted us by asking us to wait for a few minutes so they could catch up. So..we waited. Once we ordered the food only took a few minutes to come up. The food was hot, and fresh. I ordered the Buffalo Mac n Cheese. It was pretty good, not mind blowing, but good. Overall I'd say this is a fair place to visit for a meal. Restaurant had a lot of smudged windows and some tables needed cleaned. Food: 3 Stars Employees: 3 Stars Cleanliness: 2 Stars
